Miss Homestead Outstanding Teen Pageant

The Miss Homestead Scholarship Foundation, Inc. was founded by members of the Redlands Woman’s Club of Homestead in 1986.  We are a Miss America Preliminary Scholarship Pageant.  Our Pageant has been an extremely successful avenue in helping young, bright and talented woman in our community to further their education. 

Through the years we have given over $150,000 in scholarships.  We have provided many young ladies from Homestead and the surrounding areas the ability to achieve their educational and professional goals.

The uniqueness of the Miss Homestead & Miss Homestead Outstanding Teen Pageant is the generous support of the community.  Local businesses donate and sponsor all scholarships awarded to the Contestants.  It is recognized as one of the best and largest scholarship providers in the state of Florida.  Something our community can truly be proud of.

We are also proud to be part of the Miss America Organization, as we contribute to being of the leading achievement programs and the world’s largest provider of scholarship assistance for women.  The Miss America Organization and its state and local organizations have made available more than 45 million in cash and scholarships for women.
